Amethyst

 I am also drawn to Amethyst, which I have all over my house , on the window sills for protection. I have one by my bed that I place on my third eye during my meditation before falling asleep to help clear, calm my mind and help me sleep and dream deeply. This is in part due to it's sedative energy. I sleep so deeply and peacefully and experience incredible dreams.

Amethyst is a violet/purple precious stone consisting of a variety of quartz. It is a meditative and calming stone, it can enhance intuition and psychic powers. It is also known as a sobriety stone.
